Young People’s Concert

Monday, February 14th 2022!

Young People’s Concerts are designed for schools, homeschools, and families looking for an outstanding arts experience that is both educational and engaging. Concerts are held in the acoustically superb Mary W. Sommervold Hall of the Washington Pavilion in downtown Sioux Falls.

Music Director Delta David Gier guides students through the music using narration, dance, and word pictures. The performances are often captured on film by South Dakota Public Broadcasting for later airing. This program is unique in that it is part of the Sioux Falls Public School System’s curriculum. Recommended for grades 3-6.

Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.
