Trev Petersen

Trev Petersen began playing the cello at the age of 10 in her elementary school’s strings program. Several years later she began private study at the Omaha Conservatory of Music. In 2022, she received her Bachelor’s of Music in Cello Performance from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. In 2017, Trev won her first orchestra position as a college freshman. She now holds contracts with the Omaha Symphony, Lincoln’s Symphony Orchestra, Sioux City Symphony Orchestra, and South Dakota Symphony Orchestra and is active around the Omaha metro. When she's not playing cello, Trev enjoys having an iced latte, competing in Smash Bros. tournaments, and listening to The Beach Boys.
